Final Assembly – Turnkey project execution including delivery of a complete device
Final assembly is a key stage in the production process. Stalkon Sp. z o.o. has many years of experience and numerous references in the implementation of comprehensive final assemblies of large-size equipment. The scope of our work includes:
- structural assembly of steel components manufactured in our Production Plant,
- installation of mechanical assemblies,
- installation of electrical and lighting systems,
- installation of hydraulic, water and central lubrication systems,
- assistance during no-load commissioning tests,
- loading of the finished equipment onto the means of transport.
Assembly work is carried out in two specialized Assembly Facilities, located directly by the loading quay. These sites are equipped with appropriate technical infrastructure as well as social and administrative facilities. Thanks to our skilled workforce, efficient logistics, and modern infrastructure, we guarantee the highest quality and reliability of our assembly services.
