Job Position:

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR – LARGE-SCALE MILLING AND BORING MACHINE

Responsibilities:

• Operating and supervising CNC machines in accordance with technical documentation and process parameters.
• Selecting and installing tools, fixtures, and clamps on machines.
• Producing parts according to documentation.
• Executing production orders in compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Performing dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured parts using measuring instruments.
• Programming and setting cutting parameters.
• Inputting and correcting CNC programs prepared by technologists or machine programmers.
• Monitoring the machining process for accuracy and immediately reporting any non-conformities.
• Cooperating with the technology and production departments regarding order execution.
• Maintaining production documentation and reporting the progress of processes.

Requirements:

• Technical vocational education.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of metal machining processes.
• Ability to use measuring tools and instruments.
• Knowledge of machine operation.
• Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage.
• Ability to work independently.

Job Position:

PROJECT ENGINEER – TECHNOLOGIST

Responsibilities:

• Developing manufacturing and technological processes,
• Preparing technological documentation,
• Verifying the compliance of production documentation with applicable standards and technical norms,
• Supervising production processes to ensure compliance with established manufacturing technology, quality requirements, and applicable standards,
• Ongoing cooperation with and technical support for the production department,
• Preparing schedules for assigned projects/orders and supervising the timely execution of tasks,
• Ongoing cooperation with, supervision of, and support for subcontractors,
• Maintaining ongoing communication and cooperation with client representatives.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education or final year of technical studies,
• Very good knowledge of technical drawings,
• Basic knowledge of welding technology,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office software,
• Good command of the English language,
• Ability to work independently.

PROJECT ENGINEER – TECHNOLOGIST CNC CUTTING MACHINE PROGRAMMER

Responsibilities:

• Developing technological processes for thermal cutting,
• Preparing and updating technological documentation related to cutting operations,
• Programming CNC cutting machines based on engineering documentation,
• Creating programs to optimize the placement of parts on material sheets and minimize material waste,
• Verifying production documentation for compliance with applicable standards, technical norms, and technological requirements,
• Providing ongoing cooperation and technical support to the production department and CNC cutting machine operators,
• Analysing and optimizing cutting processes to improve efficiency, edge quality, and reduce material losses,
• Ongoing cooperation, supervision, and support for subcontractors providing cutting services,
• Collaborating with the design and production departments to adapt projects to the technological capabilities of the cutting process.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education or final year of studies,
• Very good knowledge of technical drawings,
• Basic knowledge of welding technology,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office software,
• Good command of the English language,

Job Position:

PROJECT ENGINEER – TECHNOLOGIST SPECIALIST IN MACHINING

Responsibilities:

• Developing technological processes for machining operations,

Job Position:

WELDING ENGINEER– IWE/EWE

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the welding proces,
• Ongoing cooperation with the Production and Quality Control Departments in developing the organization of the welding process, and selecting equipment and fixtures,
• Collaborating with the Production and Quality Control Departments regarding the execution and inspection of welding works,
• Ordering and supervising non-destructive testing (NDT),
• Ensuring the quality and completeness of welding operations,
• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date documentation of welding works,
• Ongoing monitoring of welders’ qualifications and certifications.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in a relevant field or final year of studies,
• Good knowledge of technical drawings,
• IWE/EWE certifications,
• Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office,
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in welding and steel structure fabrication,
• Knowledge of standards for performing visual inspections of welded joints; VT and MT certifications are an additional advantage,
• Good command of English.
